What you need.
Less than you think.
No special app, no studio setup. Four things are enough.
A screen with a camera
Phone, tablet or laptop. You simply receive a link, no account needed.
Earphones
Not required, but nice if you’re not completely alone at home.
A quiet spot
Your own room, the car, whatever works for you to talk undisturbed.
A little wifi
A stable connection is enough. You don’t need fast internet.
How an online session works.
You get in touch
A few sentences about what’s going on is enough. Nothing needs to be clear-cut yet.
You receive practical info
Before the session you receive a link and everything you need to know to join.
The session itself
We video call at the agreed time. Calm, unhurried, from a place where you feel safe.
We decide the next steps together
Afterwards we have a better idea of what’s needed. Sometimes that’s one session, sometimes a longer process.
On your own, or together with your partner.
On your own
You calmly explore what’s going on: desire, intimacy, insecurity or your own boundaries. Putting words, at your own pace, to what you feel, miss or find exciting.
Together with your partner
We don’t look at who’s right, but at the pattern between you. Where do you lose each other? And how do you find your way back to one another?
Talking from a place
that feels safe.
Online guidance can make the step smaller. Not because it’s less serious, but because the threshold is lower. You get to talk from a place that feels familiar, without judgement and without haste.

Is an online session just as good as in person?
For most questions around sexuality it works just as well. You miss the physical moment of being in a room together, but you gain a lower threshold and more ease in return.
Is it private enough if I don’t live alone?
That doesn’t have to be a problem. Think of earphones, the car in a quiet spot, or a moment when housemates are out. Whatever works for you, works.
Does online guidance work for couples too?
Absolutely. You join together from the same place, or each from your own location if that’s more practical.
Can I also come in person?
Yes, by arrangement at Seksuologen met Twee in Zundert or at the practice in Tilburg. Many people combine the two: sometimes online, sometimes in person.
What if the connection drops?
It happens sometimes. We simply try again, or continue by phone if needed.
Ready for a first online session?
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to say yet. A few sentences to start is enough.
