Ever since I was young I’ve been fascinated by the questions behind our love and sex lives. Why do we sometimes desire a lot, sometimes little? Why are we drawn to one person and not another?
It’s something I still marvel at every day, and never stop learning about.
Why I do this work.
I believe love is the foundation of life, in all its forms: love for a partner, self-love, intimacy and sensuality. Yet I notice how often sexuality gets stuck. Through shame, through performance pressure, through pain, or simply through life itself.
During my Psychology degree I felt it straight away: this is what I want to know more about. This is where people feel most vulnerable and most alive. That’s why I chose the master’s in Sexology. I’m now also deepening my knowledge of Clinical Psychology, because I most want to understand someone’s story completely: mind and body, relationship and context.

Sex is allowed to be light and fun.
Even when it doesn’t come naturally for a while. Taking what’s difficult seriously doesn’t have to feel heavy.
There’s no right way to desire.
Fantasy, attraction and intimacy look different for everyone. That’s not a problem that needs solving.
Small questions deserve just as much attention as big ones.
You don’t have to wait until something is a big problem to be allowed to talk about it.
